"Games are the highest form of research."

Gameplay in school isn't just about having fun, they increase the learning principles to enhance teaching skill.

Think what happens when a gorilla goes into a battle with a brown hyena in an African rain forest? Found this as an interesting concept. Isn't it?
For this purpose so as to include games in learning, an enriching workshop was held by honourable speaker # MS. Vani Rana # organised in DPS HRIT CAMPUS , Ghaziabad.

By paving way for a new era in school education # NEP implementation # new skills # using the tool of a gamified classroom on my Viewboard in order to enhance student learning more effective.

Our teachers actively participated in it for making teaching skills more efficient and fruitful.



*Education is the movement from darkness to light*

Students of grade XI & XII visited the Premier University Fair on Career Counselling and University Placements, held in the precincts of Delhi Public School ,on Thursday, 8 September 2022.

The fair provided a common platform, to the future aspirants to interact with the counsellors of various Indian and foreign universities, helping them to understand, as well as make right career choices after the completion of their schooling. The wide range of courses offered by these institutions would help them to pursue the course of their choice.

DPS HRIT is committed to playing its role in helping students to become aware of the wide educational spectrum with the objective to empower them. This will help the young aspirants in making right choices as well as honing their skills which will help in actualisation of their dreams.



 

CAREER COUNSELLING WORKSHOP :

Students have the pool of career opportunities ahead of them .From Scientists to Engineers and from Entrepreneurs to Artists, they can be anything they desire. However, the tremendous amount of options available to them makes the process of choosing a course stream and eventually a career more difficult and more confusing.

Keeping this in mind a counselling session was organized by the school on 26th October 2021, conducted by the team prominent career counsellors. In an interactive session the experts explained and provided guidance to students for building a career and ease out their dilemma .The session was thoroughly enjoyed by the students as it was quite interactive and informative .A round of Questions & Answers was moderated by Educational Counsellor and clarifications on options, processes and timelines were provided. The session proved to be quite relevant for the students.

 

DESIGN IS INTELLIGENCE MADE VISIBLE

In an endeavour to expose the students to latest education and careers ,DPS HRIT CAMPUS conducted a Communication Design Ideathon, in collaboration with incubate INDX for students of 10th,11th & 12th.

On Day 1-Dr. Jaideep Chatterjee explained the processes of design thinking and different techniques of ideation. The students were also taught on how to communicate using sound, text and images. It was indeed a new experience for all.
