Dear ma'am, it is truly commendable that even during such testing times of pandemic hovering over our lives, you (all teaching and non-teaching staff) have helped in continuity of my child's academic progress. I understand it’s really tough and disturbing to conduct online classes with different noises in everyone's house, children's inattentiveness/disobedience/poor attendance and not to forget the biggest problem being Wi-Fi connectivity issues. You maneuvered all these challenges pretty well with smiling faces and patient attitude. This online class is something new for all of us being it teachers, students and parents too. But, the mutual cooperation has made it a great success as the common objective was the safety of children and protection from the global monster (corona).
